The purchase of this ticket represents acceptance of the following conditions: The organization is not responsible for tickets purchased outside authorized points of sale. This channel is not responsible for any possible difference in price with respect to tickets purchased through other sales channels. Changes or refunds of this ticket are not permitted, except for those reasons provided for in current legislation. Tickets are not nominative and grant the general right of access to the venue, which may be used by anyone. At the time of purchase, the name and surname of the attendee is requested solely for the convenience of the buyer when identifying the ticket. The organization reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show, and any kind of filming, recording or reproduction inside the venue is prohibited without the prior express authorization of the organizer. The company reserves the right to modify the line-up of artists if this is required for production reasons, and the client cannot therefore claim a refund of the ticket. The public may be subject to a search at the entrance to the venue in accordance with current legislation. The right of admission is reserved for reasons of public order. People who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances or who are carrying them will not be allowed to enter the venue. The ticket must be kept complete and in good condition, and admission may be denied otherwise. The organiser may deny access to the venue if the ticket is altered, torn, in poor condition or in conditions that indicate possible falsification. In the case of shows or sessions that require the purchase of a ticket, leaving the venue, except in urgent and justified circumstances, implies the loss of the right to enter again with the same purchased ticket. The organiser may deny or expel the bearer from the venue if he or she fails to comply with the instructions of its staff. The channel only manages the distribution of tickets on behalf of the organizer, which is why it is exempt from any obligation and/or responsibility that falls to the organizer. Any claim regarding the performance, suspension, modification or cancellation of the show must be addressed directly to the organizer, whose details appear on the ticket. The legal relationships, rights and obligations arising from the possession of this ticket will be subject at all times to the provisions of current Spanish laws. In compliance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, general data protection, THE ATTENDANT expressly agrees to appear in images of the event, for subsequent dissemination through any means and support, for advertising and promotional purposes. In particular, the organizer is expressly authorized, free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation, to capture images (video and voice) for the purpose of allowing the dissemination of recordings that may be made during the event and their subsequent dissemination by THE ORGANIZATION or by third parties authorized by it, for promotional, advertising or informational purposes of the event, the room or the organizer.
