The purchase of this ticket represents acceptance of the following conditions: The organizers are not responsible for tickets purchased outside of authorized points of sale. This channel is not responsible for any possible price differences compared to tickets purchased through other sales channels. Exchanges and refunds of this ticket are not permitted, except for those reasons provided for in current legislation. Tickets are not personal and grant general access to the venue, which can be used by anyone. At the time of purchase, the attendee's full name is requested solely for the convenience of the purchaser when identifying the ticket. The organizers reserve all image and intellectual property rights of the show, and any type of filming, recording, or reproduction inside the venue is prohibited without the prior express authorization of the organizer. The company reserves the right to modify the artist lineup if production reasons make this necessary, and the client cannot claim a refund for the ticket. The public may be subject to search upon entering the venue in accordance with current legislation. The right of admission is reserved for reasons of public order. Persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants, or similar substances, or carrying them, will not be permitted entry to the venue. Tickets must be kept complete and in good condition, and admission may be denied otherwise. The organizer may deny access to the venue if the ticket is altered, torn, in poor condition, or in a condition that indicates possible forgery. In the case of shows or sessions that require the purchase of a ticket, leaving the venue, except in urgent and justified circumstances, implies the loss of the right to re-enter with the same ticket purchased. The organizer may deny or expel the bearer from the venue if they fail to comply with the instructions of its staff. The channel only manages the distribution of tickets on behalf of the organizer, for which reason the organizer is exempt from any obligation and/or liability incumbent on the organizer. Any complaints regarding the performance, suspension, modification, or cancellation of the show must be addressed directly to the organizer, whose details are listed on the ticket. The legal relationships, rights, and obligations arising from the possession of this ticket will be subject at all times to the provisions of current Spanish law. In compliance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, on general data protection, THE ATTENDANT expressly agrees to appear in images of the event, for subsequent dissemination through any medium and support, for advertising and promotional purposes. In particular, he/she expressly authorizes the organizer, free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation, to capture images (video and voice) for the purpose of allowing the dissemination of any recordings that may be made during the event and their subsequent dissemination by THE ORGANIZATION or by third parties authorized by it, for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes of the event, the venue, or the organizer. Access to the venue with food or drinks is NOT permitted unless the attendee's medical condition requires it.
