The purchase of this ticket represents acceptance of the following conditions: The organization is not responsible for tickets purchased outside of authorized points of sale. This channel is not responsible for any possible price differences with respect to tickets purchased through other sales channels. No changes or refunds are allowed for this ticket, except for those reasons provided for in current legislation. Tickets are not nominative and grant the generic right of access to the venue, which can be used by anyone. At the time of purchase, the first and last names of the attendee are requested solely for the convenience of the purchaser when identifying the ticket. The organization reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show, and any kind of filming, recording, or Reproduction inside the venue without the prior express authorization of the organizer. The company reserves the right to modify the lineup of artists if required for production reasons, in which case the customer may not claim a refund for said ticket. The public may be subject to a search at the entrance to the venue in accordance with current legislation. The right of admission is reserved for reasons of public order. Persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants, or similar substances, or who are in possession of such substances, will not be allowed to enter the venue. Tickets must be kept intact and in good condition, otherwise admission may be refused. The organizer may refuse access to the venue if the ticket is altered, torn, in poor condition, or in a condition that indicates possible falsification. In the case of shows or sessions that require the purchase of a ticket, leaving the venue, except in urgent and justified circumstances, implies the loss of the right to re-enter with the same ticket purchased. The organizer may refuse or expel from the venue any holder in the event of failure to comply with the instructions of its staff. The channel only manages the distribution of tickets on behalf of the organizer, which is why it is exempt from any obligation and/or liability incumbent upon the organizer. Any claim regarding the performance, suspension, modification, or cancellation of the show must be addressed directly to the organizer, whose details are stated on the ticket. The legal relationships, rights, and obligations arising from the possession of this ticket shall be subject at all times to the provisions of current Spanish law. In compliance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, on general data protection, THE ATTENDEE expressly consents to appearing in images of the event, for subsequent dissemination through any medium and format, for advertising and promotional purposes. In particular, they expressly authorize the organizer, free of charge and without any time or territorial limitations, to capture images (video and voice) for the purpose of allowing the dissemination of recordings that may be made during the event and their subsequent dissemination by THE ORGANIZATION or by third parties authorized by it, for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes related to the event, the venue, or the organizer.
